WestWeelde (formerly known as Westerunie) is a raw, industrial nightclub situated on the historical grounds of the Westergas in Amsterdam, a former gasworks that is now a thriving cultural hotspot. In collaboration with dutch & international event promoters WestWeelde hosts large-scale house club-events in their huge concrete halls. In addition to its size, it also has the advantage of a relatively central location (only 10 minutes from walk from Amsterdam Central Station) and is surrounded by a beautiful park and plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants. With 3 area's: De Unie, De Liefde & Het Restaurant WestWeelde hosts parties from 400 to 1500 people on a weekly base. Multiple times a year (ADE, KINGSDAY. NYE) WestWeelde even ads the de Wester (formarly known as Transformatorhuis) to it which makes WestWeelde the bigggest club within the ring A10.
