How to find your ticket
Your tickets are in My Tickets (tap your profile icon > My Tickets). Each ticket has a unique QR code for check-in.
QR code not working?
Make sure your screen brightness is at maximum. If the scanner still can't read it, show your order confirmation email to the door staff.
What if my phone dies?
Screenshot your QR code before heading out. You can also give your name and email at the door — venue staff can look you up on the guest list.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. Go to My Tickets, select the ticket, and tap Transfer. The recipient gets a new QR code and your original becomes invalid.
