The Simple Version
If the event gets cancelled or significantly changed, you get your money back. If you just changed your mind, it depends on the organizer and how much notice you give. We don't keep any fees when we refund you.

For special circumstances, email support with your situation and any relevant documentation. We review these personally.
What if I was denied entry?
If you were turned away at the door, you can file a claim directly from your ticket. The organizer has 3 days to respond — if they don't, you're automatically refunded.

Refund Policies
Flexible
Full refund up to 24 hours before the event. Most buyer-friendly option.
Moderate
Full refund 7+ days before. 50% refund 48h-7d before. No refund within 48h.
Strict
No refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to a friend at any time.
Common questions
What about service fees?
We refund everything. Service fees, platform fees, the works. No bullshit deductions.
Can I get a partial refund?
Sometimes. If an event is significantly changed but not cancelled, organizers may offer partial refunds.
What about guestlist spots?
Guestlist spots are usually free, so there's nothing to refund. But if you paid for a guestlist upgrade, same rules apply.
Transfer vs refund?
Try transferring to a friend first - it's usually faster and helps the organizer keep their numbers.
