By creating an account or using PartyX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform. We may update these terms occasionally, and continued use means you accept the changes.

PartyX is a platform that allows Event Organizers to list events and Guests to discover and attend them. IMPORTANT: PartyX is not the organizer of these events. We are not responsible for the event quality, safety, or legal compliance. The contract for the event is strictly between the Organizer and the Guest.

You agree to use PartyX responsibly. Start strictly prohibited: • Using fake identities or stolen payment methods • Harassing other users or organizers • Posting illegal or harmful content • Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform We reserve the right to ban any user who violates these rules.

PartyX allows you to access third-party events, but we cannot control what happens at those events. BY USING PARTYX, YOU AGREE THAT: • PartyX is NOT liable for any personal injury, theft, or property damage that occurs at an event. • If you cause damage to a venue or property, YOU are solely responsible for the costs. The Organizer or venue owner has the right to pursue you directly for compensation. • Disputes regarding an event must be resolved directly with the Organizer.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). • PartyX charges a service fee for facilitating the transaction, which is non-refundable. • Refunds are generally not permitted unless an event is cancelled. Specific refund policies are set by the Organizer.

You agree to indemnify and hold PartyX harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your actions at an event (including property damage).
