PartyX verifies events through multiple sources. Events marked 'Verified' have been claimed by the organizer. Scraped events show source links so you can cross-check. If something looks off, report it and we'll investigate.
If an event is cancelled, you'll receive an automatic full refund within 5-10 business days. We'll notify you by email and push notification as soon as we're informed.
Yes. Go to My Tickets, select the ticket, and tap 'Transfer'. The recipient will receive a new QR code. Your original ticket becomes invalid after transfer.
Refund policies vary by event. Check the event page for the specific policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). For cancelled events, refunds are always automatic and full.
Contact us with your order details and we'll help you switch dates if the event allows it. If not, you can request a refund based on the event's refund policy.
Mobile is perfect. Your QR code ticket is in the PartyX app or website under My Tickets. We recommend screenshotting your QR code as a backup.
Screenshot your QR code before heading out. You can also give your name and email at the door — the venue can look you up on the guest list.
Go to the event page and tap 'Contact Organizer'. If the organizer hasn't claimed their event yet, contact our support team and we'll relay your message.
If you're the organizer of an event listed on PartyX, go to the event page and tap 'Claim this event'. You'll verify your identity, then gain access to manage the listing, sell tickets, and receive payouts.
Payouts are processed within 7 business days after the event. Check your Organizer Dashboard for real-time payout status. Make sure your bank details are up to date in Settings > Payouts.
